CENTRSVET is launching a new lighting project with Brazilian artist Romero Britto.
Romero Britto is one of the most famous artists in the world, who works in pop art style. Even the Queen of Britain says she is a fan of his creations. Romero Britto even painted Queen Elizabeth’s portrait in pop art for her birthday and gifted it to her: she appreciated the remarkable portrait and now it is a part of her art collection.
The artist's works are presented at central squares, major venues, airports and stadiums in London, Moscow, Miami, Stockholm, Washington, Hollywood and New York. For example, the passengers arriving at the JFK airport are greeted by Big Apple sculpture, and his 1.2 meter Millie the Bunny sculpture is a permanent part of the White House National Archive.
Now CENTRSVET is developing a lighting project for the famous BRITTO PALACE gallery in Miami that houses painter’s most important artworks, including the Last Supper painted in his signature style that was sold for 1 million dollars.
As Romero Britto says himself: «Art is too important not to share.”
